Our patients are given excellent service from the appointment time to financial arrangements. We offer extended hours and even have appointment times during the lunch hour.
We believe in doing what is best for your overall oral health, and we don’t base treatment off of insurance. Dental insurance is a supplemental plan, so it will not cover all costs associated with your dental care. We will gladly submit claims to any dental insurance company out of courtesy to our patients. We also help you maximize the benefits you are given from your employer.
No insurance? No problem.
At Chadwell Family Dentistry, we understand that you may not have dental insurance. We created two different packages below to be able to serve your entire family. We do require all payments be made prior to your first appointment. Cleanings cannot be transferred to other family members or friends. Other restrictions may apply. Adult Package: $300 (paid in full) or $30/month
